Assess patients spanning pediatric, adult, and elderly populations employing both standardized evaluations and observational methods.

Design tailored treatment plans that cater to both immediate objectives and overarching communication or swallowing challenges.

Conduct one-on-one speech therapy sessions targeting language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Work collaboratively with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop unified care strategies.

Provide educational resources for patients and families to enhance their progress outside of clinical environments.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy sessions to ensure seamless continuity of care throughout the recovery journey.

Maintain clear and timely documentation that meets state, federal, and institutional regulations.

Stay updated on advancements within the field through ongoing education and collaboration with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for clients across all ages, with deep knowledge of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
