Email Marketing Specialist

To support high-growth eCommerce brands, the part-time contract Email Marketing Specialist will manage campaign execution, flow work, and email design in Klaviyo while working remotely and collaborating closely with the Retention Marketing Manager. Key responsibilities Execute email campaigns, including brief creation, building, quality assurance, scheduling, and post-send reviews in Klaviyo Build and maintain automated email flows such as welcome, abandoned cart, and winback, analyzing data to propose improvements Design mobile-first emails in Figma, conduct A/B testing, and report on metrics to optimize performance Required qualifications 1 to 3 years of hands-on email marketing experience with direct Klaviyo expertise Demonstrated ability to work with high-growth eCommerce brands and understand DTC marketing rhythms Proficiency in email design using Figma, capable of creating on-brand campaigns independently Working knowledge of email deliverability principles, including list hygiene and authentication protocols Experience with A/B testing and analyzing email performance metrics in a privacy-focused landscape
