Responsibilities The Assistant Branch Manager II supervises the daily operational activities of the branch staff and is responsible for ensuring accuracy and high levels of member satisfaction. The role will guide all aspects of the branch operations as well as assisting with branch growth of deposits, loans, and service ratio. The role will also select qualified candidates and provide coaching thru development plans for branch staff.
The Assistant Branch Manager II will ensure compliance and credit union standards, as well as drive internal branch growth and service by executing lobby engagement. In addition, the role will ensure compliance through the adherence of all credit union policies/procedures and accuracy of staff's work. The role will demonstrate and foster a consultative sales culture with members and staff by influencing, educating, and connecting branch associates, partners, and members to technology and self-service options. This position may provide coverage, as needed for other departments and/or functions that are within the scope of this position.

Compensation Overview We are excited to offer a competitive salary for this position. This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location. We believe in recognizing and rewarding talent, so our compensation packages are thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique qualifications and contributions of each candidate.
The minimum salary for this position is: $54,000
