This role sits at the center of the North America Commercial organization, supporting Sales Strategy & Enablement. You will operate as a force multiplier across Sales Operations, Variable Compensation, Learning & Development, Sales Compliance, and Reporting & Analytics. The mandate is to drive clarity, execution, and outcomes across a complex commercial ecosystem while continuously evolving how the organization operates. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Project Leadership Lead and execute high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery Establish clear project structure, milestones, and accountability Drive alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Diagnose operational challenges by identifying root causes, not just symptoms Develop practical, scalable solutions that improve performance and efficiency Translate ambiguity into structured plans and measurable outcomes Cross-Functional Integration Partner across: Sales Operations (territory design, coverage, readiness) Variable Compensation (plan design and execution) Learning & Development (productivity and capability building) Sales Compliance (risk mitigation and governance) Reporting & Analytics (insight and forecasting discipline) Ensure initiatives are coordinated and aligned to commercial priorities Innovation & Modernization Identify opportunities to modernize commercial processes, tools, and workflows Bring forward new ideas that improve speed, insight, and scalability across the organization Evaluate and implement emerging capabilities, including AI and automation, to enhance decision-making, forecasting, and productivity Partner with technology and business teams to translate innovation into practical, adopted solutions Leadership Without Authority Influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions across the organization Effectively manage up to executive leadership and across/down to teams Build trust and momentum without relying on formal authority Operational Rigor Bring structure, cadence, and visibility to key initiatives Track progress, remove roadblocks, and ensure follow-through Elevate issues early with clear recommendations Qualifications 8–12+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or commercial operations Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements or new ways of working Exposure to digital transformation, automation, or AI-driven initiatives within a commercial or operational context Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate matrixed organizations Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail What Success Looks Like Initiatives move faster with clearer ownership and fewer bottlenecks Cross-functional alignment improves across Sales Strategy & Enablement Root causes of recurring issues are identified and resolved New ideas and technologies (including AI) are introduced and translated into tangible business impact Leadership has clear visibility into priorities, risks, and progress The commercial organization operates with greater consistency, speed, and discipline Location: Remote (U.S.) with periodic travel (30% North America) Who we are We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries. The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $141,340 - $194,337 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
