We're looking for an ambitious Sales Manager based in Miami to hit the ground running and accelerate our expansion across Florida. This is your opportunity to build a market, win some of the region's largest contractors, and establish SmartSite as the leading construction technology platform for logistics, productivity, and site coordination.

Your mission

As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth across Florida and the wider US market. You'll develop relationships with Tier 1 contractors, construction managers, developers to position SmartSite as the solution that improves productivity, coordination, and safety on site.

From SmartHoist to SmartWorker, you'll help customers rethink how construction sites operate while building a strong commercial pipeline and long term customer relationships.

What you'll do

Drive New Business

• Identify, develop, and close opportunities with leading contractors, developers, and construction partners.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through to contract signature.
• Represent SmartSite at client meetings, industry events, and construction sites across Florida and North America.

Build Strategic Relationships

• Develop trusted relationships with project directors, logistics managers, innovation teams, and C suite executives.
• Work alongside rental partners and strategic resellers to grow market presence.
• Position SmartSite as a long term technology partner rather than a software supplier.

Deliver Commercial Growth

• Own revenue targets and consistently exceed sales objectives.
• Develop strategic account plans for key customers.
• Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from sale to implementation and long term expansion.

Shape Our Growth

• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to our product and leadership teams.
• Help define our US go to market strategy.
• Play a key role in expanding SmartSite across the Florida market.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within construction technology, SaaS, construction materials/ equipment, or industrial technology.

You know how to build relationships with everyone from site teams to executive leadership.

You're entrepreneurial, self motivated, and excited by the opportunity to build a rapidly growing market.
