Not someone who wants to sit behind a desk and wait for leads. We’re looking for the person who remembers names, asks thoughtful questions, follows through, and can walk into a room full of strangers and leave with a few new friends. This role lives between business development and account management. You’ll represent LEI at lunches, industry events, office visits, property walks, and all the small moments where trust is either built or lost. Sometimes a relationship becomes a contract. Sometimes it becomes a referral. Sometimes it simply becomes a relationship worth keeping. All three matter. We can teach irrigation, proposals, contracts, plant material, and our systems.
