We're looking for a talented, goal-driven Fleet & Commercial Sales Consultant to sell Chevrolet, Isuzu, and GMC light and medium duty trucks. If you have a passion for connecting businesses with the right vehicle solutions and the drive to build lasting partnerships, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Build strong relationships with local businesses and fleet clients
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and offer customized vehicle solutions, must be bilingual in Spanish
- Drive commercial vehicle sales to meet and exceed goals
- Collaborate with service and fleet maintenance teams to provide full lifecycle client support
- Stay up to date on new products, vehicle technology, and upfitting options
- Manage a personal client portfolio with follow-up systems that create repeat and referral business
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of proven success in automotive, fleet, or commercial vehicle sale and must be bilingual in Spanish
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- High level of self-motivation and goal orientation
- Ability to manage your pipeline, prospect new business, and close deals
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- CRM experience preferred
- Bonus points for an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Experience working with dealer management systems (DMS)
