We are hiring for a Production Operator I (PTFE Department).Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday, 5:00AM-3:30PMPay Rate: $19.00/hrProduction Operator I Summary:Work as part of a manufacturing team assembling medical device productsTransform raw materials into finished products while maintaining quality and production standardsPerform production setup, changeovers, inspections, and documentation activitiesFollow all quality, safety, environmental, health, and housekeeping standardsEnsure products meet customer and regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing processProduction Operator I Responsibilities:Read work orders, production drawings, sample assemblies, and follow verbal work instructionsPerform manufacturing procedures and processes following training requirementsComplete required documentation, including Lot History Records (LHRs), inspection records, and validation documentationPosition and align parts using fixtures, jigs, and other assembly equipmentPerform assembly tasks such as pad printing, adhesive bonding, hot air bonding, balloon bonding, wire etching, shaft swaging and skiving, folding, marking, braiding, coiling, and leak testingAdjust and trim materials to meet required medical and dimensional specificationsRequirements:0-2+ years of manufacturing, production, or assembly experienceAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishStrong attention to detail and ability to follow written proceduresAbility to accurately complete production and quality documentationExperience working with microscopes, catheter materials, or small medical device components preferredPrevious medical device manufacturing experience preferredWhy PROMAN Staffing?Friendly, Knowledgeable StaffDirect Deposit ProgramsReferral Bonus OpportunitiesWeekly PayInsurance and 401(k) ProgramPROMAN STAFFING's goal is to create a great talent experience to ensure successful employment for our employees to reach their full potential.
