Requirements:

• New York license, or proof of application with applied date
• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC (TNCC must be active or proof of class prior to start)
• 1 year minimum of specialty experience
• Epic experience from within the past 2 years
• Prior travel and charge experience preferred

• This facility requires ALL work history information to be complete in order to submit.
• Ensure reliable transportation; personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during the months of November to April.
