Company Highlights Established, growing manufacturer of highly engineered material products Market leader serving customers across multiple industries Organization where this position can have a significant impact on company growth and culture Collaborative, performance-driven manufacturing environment Leadership team focused on developing people, improving processes, and building a scalable organization Position Highlights Title: Manager of Human Resources & Recruiting Location: Greater Green Bay, WI Area – Onsite 5 days a week Reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer Leads the HR team and Safety Manager Highly visible leadership position responsible for the employee lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding through development, engagement, and exit Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing and multi-site environments. Strong recruiting and talent acquisition background across hourly, professional, technical, and leadership positions. Proven experience building and improving HR systems, processes, and organizational structure. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, employee relations, and HR best practices. Experience coaching and developing managers and organizational leaders. Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing workforce data and HR metrics. Proficiency with ADP/UKG and Microsoft Excel. Strategic thinker who is also comfortable being highly hands-on within the organization. Job Responsibilities Lead the Human Resources team and Safety Manager while establishing the overall Human Capital strategy. Partner with executive and site leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, employee relations, performance, engagement, and talent. Develop scalable HR systems and processes to support continued organizational growth. Lead recruiting strategies for hourly, professional, technical, and leadership positions. Develop creative sourcing strategies and build sustainable talent pipelines. Partner with hiring managers to establish candidate requirements, interview processes, and hiring timelines. Oversee employee benefits programs, vendor relationships, employee communication, and annual enrollment. Lead performance management, coaching, corrective action, and employee accountability processes. Develop employee and leadership training programs, succession planning, cross-training, and internal career development. Oversee employee relations, workplace investigations, engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives. Partner with leadership to maintain a proactive, safety-first culture. Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, compliance processes, and employment documentation. Utilize HR technology, automation, HRIS, analytics, and workforce dashboards to improve efficiency and decision-making.
