The Monad Foundation in New York is seeking a DeFi Growth Lead to lead strategy and growth of Monad's DeFi ecosystem. In this role, you will build tailored growth plans with DeFi protocols and connect tokenized asset issuers with the DeFi infrastructure on Monad. You will identify cross-protocol opportunities to add value and work with institutional investors to bring capital onchain.
