Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships with patients, utilizing a variety of clinical techniques to create a safe and supportive environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders accurately and formulate effective, individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Organize and lead individual and group therapy sessions, employing best practices and therapeutic modalities to facilitate client engagement and growth.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, referring clients to specialists or additional resources as needed to ensure comprehensive care.

• Document all interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with industry regulations and organizational policies, maintaining accurate records that support client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
