Location: Cboe HQ, Chicago (Old Post Office district) with access to major transportation hubs and amenities nearby. Responsibilities Shape and deliver clear, consistent investor messaging around Cboe’s strategy, financial performance, and long‑term value creation. Drive engagement with the investment community; own quarterly earnings materials; oversee investor events; deliver executive‑level market and competitive insights. Collaborate with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure messaging consistency and appropriate information sequencing. Lead development and maintenance of investor communications, including earnings releases, Q&A materials, conferences, analyst visits, shareholder reports, and presentations. Prepare and deliver quarterly earnings materials (press release, call script, Q&A, slides, supplemental materials). Develop, maintain, and modernize investor relations content, FAQs, presentations, and internal knowledge resources. Produce daily/weekly competitive intelligence reports with concise, executive‑level summaries for management. Coordinate investor relations calendar for conferences, roadshows, office visits, and events. Oversee shareholder base analysis, identify high‑quality current/prospective shareholders, and develop targeted outreach strategies. Partner with the SVP, Finance & Treasurer to implement AI tools and process improvements for analyst insights and IR efficiency. Enhance sell‑side connectivity through reviews of analyst models and direct engagement with analysts. Serve as point of contact with rating agencies and transfer agents; maintain IR website content (internal and external). Lead and execute ad‑hoc projects and assist in materials for Board of Directors meetings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Math; advanced degree or CFA progress a plus. 10+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, sell‑side/buy‑side research, or finance. Intellectually curious with ability to digest large amounts of information and solve nuanced problems. Strong attention to detail; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of capital markets and key industry metrics; experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques. Ability to work under tight timelines and maintain confidentiality and discretion.
