A leading hedge fund is hiring for an Administrative Assistant to support their growing Investor Relations Team in their Chicago office. This will primarily support 3-4 MDs. Location: Chicago, IL Hybrid: 3-5 days in the office flexibility as needed to come in if there something in in the office, etc. Hours: Core hours are 8:30-5:30 pm EST hours, with flexibility for overtime as needed due to different time zones Salary commensurate with experience - $80-100k base range + paid overtime (5-10 hours/week that will add up!) + bonus + top benefits package Responsibilities: Heavy calendar management via Outlook Create and process expense reports Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international Management of contacts in Microsoft Outlook Multiple phone line coverage Compliance tracking and reporting Heavy coordination of meetings and conference rooms Skills and Requirements: 3-5+ years of administrative support experience ideally in finance (strongly preferred) or within professional services BA/BS preferred with solid academic performance Knowledge of Microsoft office products Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain process and meet deadlines Excellent judgement and someone who takes pride in their work Maturity and high degree of professionalism Please submit your resume for consideration!
