Location: Clearwater, FL (Hybrid, in-office at least 2 days/week)

Compensation : $85,000–$100,000 (Total compensation)

At a glance

We're looking for a marketer who's ready to grow into leading marketing. You'll work directly with our Senior Vice President of Operations, who will guide you, teach you the business, and give you more responsibility as you're ready for it.

\n

We don't expect you to have led marketing before, or to have managed people. We care more about whether you envision yourself in that role, have an appetite to learn & grow, and have the ability to bring forward new ideas. We’re looking for someone who just needs the opportunity to prove themselves.

What you'll work on

\n

\n
• Email and automation - Build and refine automated email campaigns, track how they perform, and keep improving them so sales gets better leads.
\n
• Lead measurement - Help define how we measure and qualify marketing-sourced leads, and build the reporting to show what's working.
\n
• Webinars - Plan topics, create the content, and promote them.
\n
• Trade shows - Prepare the materials and campaigns around the industry events we attend.
\n
• Content and brand voice - Decide what we talk about, how we say it, and where we say it. You'll have the chance to help shape and define our brand voice.
\n
• Innovate - Try new channels and approaches. We love to innovate and we are looking for more teammates who can contribute ideas.

You won't be expected to do all of this autonomously from day one. You’ll have support from leadership while you get up to speed.

\n

\n

How the role evolves

\n

\n
• First few months: You'll learn the business, our prospect, our customers, and how we think about marketing. You'll work on projects together with plenty of support and feedback along the way.
\n
• Around six months: As you get comfortable, you'll take on more independently, making more of your own decisions and testing your own ideas.
\n
• Over time: The more you grow, the more the role grows with you.
\n

What you bring

\n

\n
• 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience.
\n
• Experience in a structured marketing environment or marketing agency, where you learned how marketing runs with real goals, processes, and measurement.
\n
• Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms (Eg: Pardot).
\n
• Strong writing skills. A lot of the leg-work is content creation.
\n
• Healthcare, SaaS, or SMB marketing experience is a plus.
\n
• Regulated industry experience is a plus.
\n
