What You'll Do

As an Insurance Producer, you'll help customers throughout the sales process—from the first conversation to closing and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Connect with prospective and existing customers through phone and other communication channels.

• Learn about customers' insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Explain Farmers insurance products, coverage options, and benefits clearly.

• Prepare and present quotes and insurance proposals.

• Follow up with prospects and customers to move opportunities forward.

• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.

• Build lasting customer relationships through professional and responsive service.

• Identify opportunities to generate additional business through referrals and existing relationships.

• Work with the team to share ideas, improve performance, and achieve sales goals.

Compensation

$50,000–$70,000 base salary + commission

Your compensation includes a competitive base salary with additional commission opportunities based on your sales performance.

What We're Looking For

You should have:

• An active Property & Casualty Insurance license .

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

• A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset.

• The ability to manage multiple customer opportunities and maintain an organized pipeline.

• Reliable transportation and access to a mobile device.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
