Job Title: Assembler Job Description

We are currently seeking an assembler to support the build of chiller units for data centers and custom equipment. This role involves hands-on assembly using a variety of hand and power tools, along with general shop support to keep production moving efficiently. As individuals gain experience, there will be opportunities to expand into additional assembly areas and skill sets.

• Assemble chiller units for data center applications following work instructions and build specifications.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with general shop and production support duties, including sweeping and maintaining a clean work area, shrink wrapping and packaging materials or completed units, and material handling and clean-up to support other assemblers.
• Work collaboratively with the assembly team to meet daily production goals.
• Follow safety guidelines, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Cross-train into additional areas over time, including custom unit assembly.

• Proficiency in assembly using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• At least 1+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in sheet metal or mechanical industries.

• Candidates with experience in manufacturing, especially within the sheet metal sector, are strongly preferred.
• A good attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work in a large, climate-controlled warehouse with windows and high ceilings. Join a small team where everyone is treated like family, and enjoy casual dress with steel toe boots. First shift runs Monday through Thursday from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm and Friday from 5:30 am to 10:00 am. Second shift operates Monday through Thursday from 2:00 pm to 1:30 am, with designated break times. Starting at the Maple Grove site, with future relocation to the Dayton site.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This position is anticipated to close on Oct 28, 2026.
