Locum Tenens assignment, 24hr flexible, 24 hours a week, starting January 1, 2027.

Ophthalmology - Wisconsin

• Work Dates Needed : 01/01/2027 - Ongoing
• Preferred Schedule : Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call, clinic 4 days and 1 day of procedures, minimum of one week at a time.
• Worksite Setting : Outpatient, Hospital Stroke Certified, Trauma Level II.
• Scope of Work : Ophthalmology, Patients Per Shift: 30+ in clinic; 8+ procedures (on different days). Call Type: Beeper, Call Response Time Required:20 mins, Call Ratio:1:4, Call Back %: minimal. Cataract surgery is most required, AntiVegF injections highly preferred for high volume practice
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active WI License, BC In Opht, BLS.
• EMR : Epic.

• Full-time provider coverage needed.
• Clinic has 6 exam rooms, 3 for provider and 3 for techs.
• Heidelberg OCT with viewing station near provider exam lanes, auto refractor, Argos, topographer, Ziess fundus camera, Zeiss Humphrey visual field, B scan on site, able to perform Yag Caps in office.2 hours of gratis should be included in.
