This position offers a flexible and fully remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You will work standard office hours from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no crisis calls required. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, using evidence-based practices to promote positive changes in your clients' lives.

• Conduct thorough assessments, establish treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation, and track progress to ensure comprehensive care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including Nurse Practitioners, during treatment team meetings to ensure integrated care for patients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, using our electronic health record system to facilitate continuity of care.

• Exhibit sensitivity and cultural competence while working with patients from various backgrounds, respecting their diverse experiences and needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with therapeutic practices and innovations in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with adults and adolescents, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of direct patient service experience in a clinical or social services environment.

• Proficient clinical skills and a deep knowledge of therapeutic techniques tailored to diverse populations.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, with proven public speaking skills for effective collaboration in both individual and group settings.

• Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage scheduling and documentation related to client sessions.

• Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating ethical standards in handling Protected Health Information (PHI).

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using various therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) is a plus.

• Previous experience working within a community health setting or with underserved populations is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
