Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, using standardized diagnostic tools.

  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), considering each client's specific goals and circumstances.

  Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies. Facilitate discussions that empower clients to take charge of their mental health.

  Continuously monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

  Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, integrating physical and mental health strategies.
