This position is primarily remote, offering the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions through telemedicine while also providing in-person options at our outpatient office in Gresham, Oregon. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Restoration Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with couples, offering joint therapy as well as individual sessions to each partner.
\n
• Develop customized treatment plans addressing a range of issues, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to guide clients through challenges such as job stress, medical issues, and the complexities of blended families.
\n
• Engage in regular clinical supervision, case reviews, and team collaboration to enhance your practice and ensure high standards of care.
\n
• Document treatment progress and outcomes accurately through our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will have a diverse impact as you support both adult and child/adolescent populations. You will provide therapy that addresses the unique dynamics of each family, focusing on conflict resolution, enhancing communication, and promoting emotional healing. Your expertise will be pivotal in navigating complicated familial issues such as separation, divorce, and adjustment to new life circumstances.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
