Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific needs and circumstances.

• Provide ongoing counseling and therapeutic services to individuals and couples, using evidence-based practices to facilitate growth and understanding.

• Regularly assess patient progress, adjust treatment approaches as necessary, and document client sessions in compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary compensation ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
