Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct secure and confidential teletherapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families using established telehealth platforms.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health and relational dynamics, identifying key stressors and challenges to formulate effective treatment plans with measurable goals.

• Apply family systems theory and systemic therapeutic techniques to navigate relationship issues, improve communication, and relieve family stressors.

• Respond to urgent psychological needs by providing crisis interventions and immediate support to ensure client safety and stability.

• Keep detailed, accurate, and confidential electronic records, including progress notes and treatment modalities, fulfilling all legal and ethical obligations.

• Guide clients through evidence-based strategies for improved communication, effective conflict resolution, and coping mechanisms to enhance familial relationships.

• Actively engage with a dedicated team of mental health professionals, collaborating to provide comprehensive support for all clients.

• Commit to ongoing learning by keeping abreast of the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy, participating in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon or the state where you practice.

• Demonstrated expertise providing therapy, preferably in a remote format.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
