Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Employing family systems theory and systemic interventions to effectively tackle complications within relationships and family structures, addressing communication breakdowns and emotional distress.

• Providing immediate support and crisis intervention when needed, ensuring safety for clients and their families in high-stress situations.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to the highest legal and ethical standards.

• Educating clients about effective communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and coping mechanisms to foster emotional resilience.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to coordinate client care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adult clients, as well as children and adolescents. You will tackle a variety of issues, including, but not limited to, familial conflict, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. Your ability to connect with clients and assess their unique needs will be critical for fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance and promoting positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid and current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon or the state in which the candidate practices.

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• A minimum of three years of experience in therapy, with a strong foundation in outpatient services being highly desirable.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
\n
• Commitment to ethical practices and maintaining client confidentiality.
\n
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative clinical team.

• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with previous outpatient therapy experience will be preferred. The ability to work with diverse populations and familiarity with telehealth platforms will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also offer a variety of benefits, including:
