Registered Nurse (RN) - OR

Surgical RN – Operating Room / PACU

On-call requirement: 2 days/week, including holidays and weekends. Must cover 3 weekend on-call 24-hour shifts per month. Holiday requirement: must commit to working 3 of the following: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.

Assignment Details

Orientation: 40 hours.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year RN experience required.
• Endoscopy experience required.
• Licensure: Compact RN license must be in hand at submission.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required.
• Charting system: Epic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care in the Operating Room and PACU.
• Monitor patient safety and manage anesthesia response.
• Assist in and perform endoscopic procedures.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and stabilization.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Compliance / Notes
