Registered Nurse (RN) - Ambulatory OR

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, offering a 5x8-hour schedule (07:00 - 15:30).

The Ambulatory OR Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care in the operating room and recovery unit. This role requires the nurse to circulate and recover patients, with a focus on various surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and assist in various surgical procedures including appendectomy, hernia repair, and tonsillectomy.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to urgent situations.
• Provide post-operative care in the PACU.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams including respiratory services and pharmacy.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Current RN license (compact license preferred).
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS.
• Endoscopy experience required.
