Senior Counsel - Commercial & Regulatory (Construction)

Sylvan, Inc. is seeking a Counsel / Senior Counsel — Commercial & Regulatory to serve as the second attorney in the new in-house team. You will draft and negotiate high-volume construction and commercial agreements and help shape our cross-border contracting and regulatory program across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. In this on-site role, you will partner with the General Counsel, advise on risk, coordinate with outside counsel, and travel to project sites and partner locations as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sylvan, Inc.
