Production Supervisor 2nd Shift – Forest Park, IL Location: Forest Park, IL Job Id: 333 # of Openings: 1 Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support operators in a union (collective bargaining) environment Oversee daily production—assign work, manage schedules, and ensure quality, safety, and output goals are met Drive accountability and continuous improvement across the team, focusing on efficiency, quality, and waste reduction Qualifications Strong manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in a coating and converting environment Experience in a union workplace environment Experience using an ERP system (Infor CSI) with a focus on production scheduling and coordination Comfortable working on the floor, communicating clearly, building trust through consistency and respect Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $65,000–$85,000 (based on experience and qualifications) Participation in incentive bonus program and a competitive benefits package (healthcare, 401(k) match) Shift
