Land Use Associate Junior to Mid-Level

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Land Use Associate (Junior to Mid-Level) for its Denver, Colorado office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with clients from diverse industries, including energy, aerospace, mining, hospitality, and outdoor recreation. Duties Assist with land use, zoning, and real estate development matters. Engage in entitlement and permitting processes with municipal and governmental authorities. Draft land use applications, development agreements, and zoning analyses. Requirements 2-5 years of experience in land use, zoning, real estate development, or related regulatory matters. Familiarity with Colorado land use laws and local regulatory frameworks is a plus. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage a diverse workload. Admission to the Colorado Bar or eligibility for prompt admission. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to the Colorado Bar or eligible for prompt admission. Skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
