Mid-Senior Level Wage and Hour Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid‑senior level associate to join its Wage and Hour Litigation team in Denver, Colorado. This position offers an opportunity for an attorney with 4 or more years of experience to engage in significant client‑facing work. Duties Litigate wage and hour class and/or collective action claims under the Colorado Wage Act and Fair Labor Standards Act. Interpret regulations, rules, and guidance from the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment and the U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division. Draft and respond to initial pleadings and discovery. Draft and argue motions, including motions to decertify a conditional class. Take and defend depositions. Requirements Extensive experience in wage and hour litigation. Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting depositions. Excellent academic credentials. Strong writing and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Admission to the Colorado Bar. Education JD from an ABA‑accredited law school.
