Commercial Litigation Associate (Mid to Senior-Level)

Venable LLP’s Commercial Litigation Group is looking for a mid‑to‑senior level associate with three to seven years of experience to join the Denver office. Responsibilities Support all phases of commercial litigation, focusing on complex disputes. Participate in client development initiatives, including pitches and presentations. Engage in other business development activities. Qualifications Juris doctor degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to and in good standing with the Colorado bar. Three to seven years of post‑law school experience. Outstanding academic credentials, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and strong research, writing, and analytical abilities. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, demonstrate sound judgment, and assume significant responsibility for managing complex commercial litigation matters. Prior law firm experience is preferred. Law school transcript and writing sample required with application. The salary range for associate positions is $215,000 to $355,000 per year, depending on associate level.
