Commercial Litigation Associate

Commercial Litigation Associate – Denver, CO Immediate opening for an associate with 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation. Responsibilities Represent clients in all phases of complex commercial litigation, including investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and client communication. Handle state and federal court matters and administrative, arbitration, and second‑chair trial work. Prepare and argue motions; participate in mediation and arbitration proceedings. Qualifications 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably commercial. Experience in state and federal courts; administrative and arbitration experience is a plus. Second‑chair trial or arbitration experience preferred; judicial clerkship at the federal level is a plus. Excellent academic record, superb writing, strong interpersonal skills, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Colorado bar license or commitment to obtain it immediately. Benefits Base salary 210,000-240,000 (commensurate with qualification and experience). Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.
