Compensation Salary Range: $210,000 - $360,000 Lockstep Associate Salary Schedule Year 1: $210,000 Year 2: $220,000 Year 3: $235,000 Year 4: $265,000 Year 5: $300,000 Year 6: $325,000 Year 7: $345,000 Year 8: $360,000 Additional Compensation Relocation assistance for qualifying candidates Location & Work Arrangement Hybrid Three in-office days each week Wednesday in-office requirement New attorneys are encouraged to work in the office four to five days per week during onboarding to accelerate integration and professional development About the Opportunity Our client is seeking an attorney who is ready to move beyond a supporting role and independently manage sophisticated civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. This opportunity provides direct involvement in litigation strategy, client counseling, motion practice, depositions, courtroom appearances, and trial preparation.
