Job Requirements Applicants should have 2-3 years of litigation experience. Ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, writing skills and organizational abilities. Preferred candidates will have experience analyzing legal issues, drafting briefs, summarizing factual situations, and pursuing discovery, as well as assisting with and/or taking and defending depositions, and appearing before state and federal courts. Candidates must be in good standing with the Colorado Bar. Compensation and Benefits The expected pay range for this position is: $210,000 to $230,000 per year Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
