Network Operations Center Technician

The Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician will provide 24x7 monitoring and operational support for the FDA Bridge Contract. This individual will monitor enterprise network infrastructure, respond to alerts, troubleshoot connectivity issues, document incidents, and escalate problems as needed to ensure the stability and availability of critical network services. Required Qualifications 1–3 years of Network Operations Center (NOC) experience Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies Experience using SolarWinds for network monitoring Experience with ServiceNow or another IT ticketing system Ability to concurrently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance Preferred Qualifications CompTIA certification (Network+, Security+, or similar) Knowledge of network technologies, connectivity, protocols, and network security principles #J-18808-Ljbffr
