Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant eager to make a real impact? The Stepping Stones Group is looking for YOU to join our dynamic team in Schertz, TX - open to monolingual and bilingual candidates. As a full-time, school-based SLPA, you'll play a vital role in helping students find their voice, build confidence, and reach their full potential. What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders
State license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant through TDLR
Monolingual SLPAs - At least 2 years of previous school-based experience is required
Bilingual SLPAs - Need some previous bilingual SLPA experience - can be school-based or in a different setting
Bilingual Spanish - preferred

Provide Therapy - Deliver engaging and interactive sessions, both one-on-one and in groups
Collaborate - Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication development
