Engineering, or related discipline.Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in automotive engineering, electrification, product development, mobility technology, consulting, or related leadership roles.Deep expertise in: EV charging technologies, electrified powertrain systems, vehicle architecture, product development, technology commercialization, strategic planning.Demonstrated experience leading product strategy and technology roadmap development.Strong understanding of OEM and Tier 1 supplier business models and product development processes.Proven success leading VAVE or value optimization initiatives.Established industry relationships within automotive, mobility, and technology sectors.Strong executive communication and client engagement skills.Ability to travel as required.Preferred QualificationsMBA or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, Technology Management, or related discipline.
