Senior Sales Executive - Tjx - Contemporary Apparel

We are partnering with an established contemporary juniors fashion business to appoint an experienced Sales Executive who can take ownership of key wholesale accounts, with a particular focus on TJX .

This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who understands the juniors and young contemporary customer, has strong product instincts, and knows how to turn retailer feedback and market trends into commercially successful assortments.

The successful candidate will already have direct relationships within TJX and a proven track record of selling fashion apparel into the off-price channel. You will work closely with Design, Merchandising and Product Development to identify opportunities, build assortments and drive continued account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the TJX business across relevant divisions and banners.
• Maintain direct relationships with buyers and key decision-makers.
• Present seasonal collections, market opportunities and new product concepts.
• Identify whitespace opportunities based on retailer feedback, selling trends and competitor activity.
• Partner closely with Design, Merchandising and Product Development on commercially relevant assortments.
• Negotiate pricing, volumes and commercial terms while protecting margin.
• Develop additional business across off-price, department store and specialty channels.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial presentation through order placement and ongoing account management.

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience within juniors or young contemporary apparel .
• Established, direct relationships with TJX are essential.
• Proven success selling into the off-price market.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, product, pricing and merchandising.
• Comfortable working closely with creative and product teams to develop retailer-specific opportunities.
• Commercially driven with a strong understanding of margin and volume.
• Existing relationships with retailers such as Nordstrom, PacSun, Ross, Burlington or similar would be advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-moving fashion environment.
