Top Fashion of NY is a growing wholesale apparel company specializing in women's and juniors' fashion sold through leading off-price and discount retail channels. We partner with major retailers including Ross, Burlington, Rainbow, Citi Trends, and DD's Discounts, delivering trend-driven merchandise and customized solutions that help our retail partners succeed.

We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Executive to build upon existing retailer relationships, drive new account growth, and expand wholesale revenue across key national accounts. This is an opportunity to work directly with ownership, influence business growth, and play a strategic role in expanding market share within the wholesale apparel industry.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow existing wholesale retail accounts
• Develop new business opportunities within off-price and discount retail channels
• Identify and cultivate relationships with retail buyers and decision-makers
• Present seasonal product collections and new fashion concepts to customers
• Work closely with design and merchandising teams to align offerings with market demand
• Schedule and conduct buyer meetings in our showroom and at customer locations
• Partner with customers to customize product assortments, colors, fabrics, and styling based on their business needs
• Negotiate opportunities, drive bookings, and increase revenue across assigned accounts
• Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain long-term partnerships through outstanding account management and customer service

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience within wholesale apparel
• Experience selling into retail channels, preferably off-price, discount, or value-based retailers
• Track record of managing and growing wholesale accounts
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand market trends and translate them into product opportunities
• Experience collaborating with buyers, merchants, and internal design teams
• Experience within women's, juniors', girls', or related apparel categories

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: Approximately $100,000 + Commission
• Paid legal holidays
• PTO

Work Environment

• New York City area preferred
• Primarily office-based role with client-facing responsibilities
• Strong preference for professionals who enjoy collaborating in person and actively engaging with customers
