KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Workday Security to join our Advisory Technology Organization.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute client engagements focusing mainly on Workday security implementation and assessment of Workday environments

Evaluate the design and effectiveness of Workday configurable controls

Work with clients to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of Workday security and controls

Supervise Associates on engagements

Lead meetings with clients related to Workday security and controls

Help coach and train team members to grow the Workday knowledgebase of the team

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum two years of recent experience or two or more full lifecycle engagements implementing Financials or Human Capital Management with hands-on Workday implementation experience

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university; Certifications in Workday Financials or Human Capital Management

Project or team lead experience within a consulting firm is preferred and demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives

Desire to grow skills and knowledge and become an expert with Workday security and controls

Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines while taking accountability and resolving issues

Ability to Travel 80%
