As our Accounts Manager, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and growing relationships with our valued partners. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing and nurturing relationships with multiple accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
• Conducting occasional site visits to partner locations (reliable transportation required).
• Keeping detailed records and notes using CRM tools to track account activity and ensure seamless communication.
• Collaborating with internal teams to address partner needs and deliver exceptional service.
• De-escalating challenging conversations with empathy and high emotional intelligence.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in account management or a related role.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or another relationship-driven field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
• Comfort with technology, including CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing platforms.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate difficult conversations with tact and professionalism.
• Reliable transportation for occasional partner site visits.
• The ability to pass a background check (HIPAA training will be provided).
