Key Deliverables: Provide administrative and operational support to managers and the Operations team. Serve as a liaison between customers, drivers, dispatch, customer service, and operations. Manage and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, delivery records, claims, returns, and customer paperwork. Track shipments and maintain accurate, real-time updates in internal systems. Communicate shipment status, service delays, and exceptions to customers and internal teams. Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, paperwork issues, and service exceptions. Maintain accurate data through timely entry, tracking, reporting, and system updates. Support logistics workflows through coordination, reporting, and deadline-driven follow-up. Prioritize business-critical tasks to keep daily operations running efficiently. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment by bringing solutions and supporting team needs. Required Experience and Skills: Administrative or operations support experience required; leadership experience preferred. Logistics, transportation, supply chain, or distribution experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong data entry, reporting, and record-management skills with high attention to detail. Clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive resolution. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Positive attitude, strong ownership, and willingness to support team needs. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work: This is a full−time position; averaging 40 − 50 hours per week, with occasional evenings or weekends as business needs dictate. Travel: This position may require occasional travel up to 5%. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, copier, and phone. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that a team member must meet to perform the key deliverables of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to listen, communicate verbally and in writing, sit for extended periods of time working on a computer, and lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
