Corporate RecruiterSalary Range $80,000.00 - $80,000.00 Salary Position Type Full TimeOverviewThe Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process in support of multiple clients in various locations in their respective regions. The Recruiter will partner with various hiring managers to anticipate and meet the organization's evolving needs and ensure the best talent for each position. The Recruiter reports directly to the Manager and/or Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.Responsibilities• Manage the full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals for various key stakeholder groups within the organization • Partner with hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for staffing initiatives and to ensure candidates are assessed on the proper criteria • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System and supporting systems • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions • Perform other related duties as requiredQualificationsAs a candidate you must have:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or similar or equivalent year of relevant experienceTwo plus years of high volume corporate or agency recruitment experienceProficiency in PC and iOS systems and softwareExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Customer Relations Management Systems such as SalesForce, UltiProMust be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer serviceDomestic Travel up to 20% of time requiredHave flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when neededWe offer:$80,000.00Health, Dental, Vision, and 401kPaid Time Off, including Sick/Safe TimeA dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunity for growthSecurity Industry Specialists, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
