We’re looking for an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities in the Columbus area. What You’ll Do Oversee financial and operational performance across a portfolio of communities Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and site teams Manage budgets, occupancy, rent collections, and expense control Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards and LIHTC regulations Partner with internal teams (HR, Accounting, Compliance, Maintenance) to drive performance Support hiring, training, and onboarding of site-level staff Build relationships with vendors, agencies, and local housing authorities What We’re Looking For 5+ years of property management experience, including multi-site leadership Prior experience as a Regional Property Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of affordable housing (LIHTC / Section 42) and Fair Housing regulations Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and team leadership Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi (preferred) Valid driver’s license required The NRP Group is committed to a policy of assuring that all employees and applicants for employment are recruited, hired, assigned, placed, transferred, demoted, laid off, terminated, paid, trained, and generally treated during employment on the basis of qualifications and merit; without discrimination due to color, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy or marital status), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, national origin, ancestry, veteran status, military status, disability, genetic information, citizenship, or any other classification or activity protected by federal, state, and local law and ordinances. #J-18808-Ljbffr
