Technical Writer
Location: Phoenix, Az
The Analyst (Technical Writer) is responsible for producing, maintaining, and improving technical documentation that supports developers, users, and stakeholders. This role ensures clarity, consistency, and accuracy across customer-facing, internal, and architectural documentation, working closely with engineering leadership.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in technical writing, systems analysis, or a related role
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud-native systems
- Ability to read and understand code, architecture diagrams, and ADRs
- Excellent written communication and editing skills
- Experience with documentation tooling (Markdown, GitHub, Confluence, etc)
