Customer Service Representative
Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for a Customer Service Representative in the Rocky Mtn Time Zone. - Remote Shifts Available: Wednesday to Saturday 10:00 Am to 10:00 Pm.

Responsibilities:
- Process and assign high-volume service requests and corporate account rollout requests.
- Review and edit incoming service requests to ensure appropriate labor and scheduling time is allocated.
- Schedule work orders for the OMS team and coordinate Territory Representative support when OMS resources are unavailable.
- Efficiently dispatch service technicians to customer locations while prioritizing urgent and high-impact service requests.
- Optimize technician schedules to maximize productivity, utilization, and customer service levels.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, scheduling, dispatching, customer service, sales support, logistics, or a related field.
- High School diploma or equivalent Associate's degree
- Work-from-home capacity.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
