Patient Account Representative

Description

Seeking a Patient Account Representative to manage insurance follow-up and help resolve outstanding medical claims. This role involves communicating with insurance carriers, researching denials, and submitting appeals or reconsiderations to secure payment. The ideal candidate has at least one year of medical insurance follow-up experience and is comfortable working in a high-volume environment. After completing training and meeting quality expectations, the position may transition to a hybrid schedule.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
