We're seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Branch Manager to lead operations, develop employees, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitable growth within an assigned market. This role is ideal for a proven leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, developing people, improving operations, and growing a business. What You'll Do: Leadership Lead and develop service, project, and administrative personnel. Build a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Coach and mentor future leaders within the organization. Operations Drive operational excellence and execution. Improve productivity, utilization, and customer responsiveness. Ensure projects and service activities are delivered safely and profitably. Business Development Support strategic account growth. Identify new opportunities within industrial refrigeration and cold storage markets. Manage branch profitability and operational performance. Monitor budgets, labor efficiency, utilization, and margin performance. Safety Champion an industry-leading safety culture. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, IIAR, and company safety standards. What We're Looking For: Leadership experience within industrial refrigeration, mechanical contracting, construction, service operations, or related industries. Strong understanding of service operations and customer relationship management. Proven ability to develop teams and improve organizational performance. Financial and business acumen. Strong communication and leadership skills. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age to be eligible for positions that require participation in the company's fleet program. This is a requirement for roles involving the operation of company vehicles. At F.E.
