The position also provides the information of job market and propose recruitment strategies and measures to meet the needs of client.Job Description:- Conduct job order intake meetings with clients to finalize qualification criteria for candidates- Obtain job orders and place candidates by conferring with clients and/or internal sources- Source candidates using a variety of search methods- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing video screenings- Support candidates in preparation for interviews with clients- Build talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities- Maintain candidate databases- Work as part of a team and collaborate with other internal divisions- Follow up with clients and assigned temporary staffs to monitor progress and mitigate concerns- Participate in various projects as assigned- Other administrative duties as assignedRequirement:- Ability to read, write and communicate professionally in both English and Japanese- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- 2-3 years of experience reporting recruiting metrics to business partners is preferred- Basic computer skills are necessary (e.g. MS office)- Project management skills, prioritizing, multitasking, time management, customer service minded- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills* Location : Torrance-CA, New York-NY, Atlanta-GA or Houston-TX (Pasona office, Hybrid work)* Work Hour: Mon-Fri 9:00-6:00 (Local time, 40 hours/week)* Benefits: Health Ins, Dental Ins, Vision Ins, 401(k), PTO, Holiday pay* Salary range: $50,000-$72,000/year (DOE) Pasona NA
