You will often be the first point of contact for patients and a central part of the daily workflow.Key responsibilities include:Greet patients warmly and professionallyManage appointment scheduling and confirmationsHandle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiriesCheck patients in and out efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front officePrepare exam rooms and assist with patient intakeRecord vital signs and basic patient informationSupport the physician during patient visits as neededMaintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areasManage patient records and documentationAssist with coordination of referrals and follow-upsSupport day-to-day office operationsQualifications:Required:Medical Assistant certification1-2 year experience as a Medical Assistant, Front Desk Associate, or similar roleFluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) — this is essential for effective communication with our patient populationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, reliable, and punctualComfortable using computers and basic software systemsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a small practice setting
